Karen is the owner and designated broker for Agave Premier Properties. She is a commercial real estate industry veteran and has represented sellers, buyers, and tenants of office and industrial space in a wide array of real estate transactions. Karen has built a solid foundation of clients through her real estate career and has a long record of successfully guiding clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions and lease obligations.

 

Karen specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to broker commercial office, industrial, retail, and residential bank owned properties (REO’s) that consistently exceed the investment goals of her clients. In addition to contributing part of her time as an active community leader, Karen is a Professional Standards Mediator for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®. As a result, Karen instills onto her agents to abide by the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethic and Standards of Practice.
