KAREN S. MILLER, DESIGNATED BROKER

Karen is the owner and Designated Broker of Agave Premier Properties. She is a commercial real estate industry veteran and has represented sellers, buyers and tenants of office, industrial, and retail properties in a wide array of real estate transactions. Karen has built a solid foundation of clients throughout her real estate career and has a long record of successfully guiding clients with their commercial and residential real estate acquisitions as well as their leasing obligations.

 

Karen specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to broker commercial office, industrial, retail, and residential bank owned properties [REO’s] that consistently exceed the investment goals of her clients. In addition to contributing part of her time as an active community leader, Karen is a Professional Standards Mediator for the Arizona Association of REALTORS and the local Real Estate Association, Santa Cruz County Chapter of Weserv. As a result of her years of service to the Professional Standards Committee, Karen consistently instills in her agents to abide by the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics and Standards of practice.
